Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join Octave to lead our brand & marketing strategy. As a prominent brand in the wellness industry, Octave specializes in offering premium services and products that harmonize Eastern wisdom with Western science. Our diverse business portfolio includes high-end wellness centers, retreats, and unique retail offerings, having established a stellar reputation and a loyal customer base among high-net-worth individuals. This role demands a leader who can amplify our cultural ethos while driving cutting-edge marketing innovation for high-net-worth audiences. Duties & Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development and Execution· Develop holistic brand & marketing strategies that embed Eastern philosophies (e. g. , mindfulness, holistic balance) into all marketing narratives, ensuring cultural authenticity resonates with global audiences. · Lead the creation of culturally-rooted content initiatives – from eastern wellness principles to meditation heritage – positioning Octave as the authority in wisdom-driven wellbeing. · Understand the core values of our brand and design a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and customer loyalty, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the competitive high-end wellness market.

· Regularly evaluate and refine our brand positioning and image, determining brand communication themes that precisely target our audience and meet the evolving brand requirements. Market Insights and Analysis· Monitor market trends in the high-end wellness, lifestyle, and personal growth sectors. Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and produce detailed market reports to provide data-driven insights and forward-looking recommendations for brand decision-making. · Identify potential market demands and customer pain points. Through precise market segmentation, collaborate with product teams to optimize existing products and drive innovation to ensure our offerings stay ahead of market trends.

Marketing Campaign Planning and Implementation· Oversee the planning and execution of various offline and online marketing campaigns, including product launches, thematic events, holiday promotions, and partnerships. Attract potential customers, boost participation and conversion rates. · Master data-driven digital ecosystems (social, email, influencers, SEO/SEM) to target segments with precision and develop immersive digital experiences. Leverage CRM data to personalize cultural offerings. · Design sensory-driven physical engagements, offline event-exclusive digital content, and IoT-enabled membership perks. · Work with the Events team to devise campaign communication strategies.

Utilize integrated marketing channels such as social media, email, and offline advertising to maximize campaign exposure and impact. Customer Relationship Management and Product Marketing· Build and refine a customer relationship management system. Leverage data analytics to uncover customer value and potential needs, developing personalized marketing strategies to enhance customer lifetime value and repeat purchase rates. · Design and implement exclusive membership activities and benefits programs to strengthen member loyalty and create a high-value, engaged customer community. · Partner with R&D team to embed Eastern wisdom into product storytelling (e. g.

, Ayurvedic herb blends backed by clinical trials, "Five Elements Harmony" Food & Beverage Experience). Team Management and Collaboration·Lead the marketing team by setting work plans and goals, assigning tasks effectively, and providing guidance to inspire team growth. Foster a high-performing, innovative, and motivated marketing team. · Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company's overall business strategy and achieve business objectives. · Mentor teams to master East-West marketing fluency, blending analytics with intuitive cultural insights. Requirements & Qualifications: · A bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Communication, Psychology, or a related field.

A strong foundation in marketing theory and interdisciplinary knowledge is preferred. · At least 10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in team management, having a proven track record of successful marketing projects and a deep understanding of the entire brand promotion process and marketing channel characteristics. · Experience with renowned high-end brands is preferred, especially in marketing management roles within similar fields such as high-end lifestyle brands, with portfolio of campaigns showcasing cultural storytelling (e. g. , heritage brands, art-meets-wellness projects). · Proficient in core marketing areas such as brand positioning, brand communication, marketing promotion, and customer relationship management.

· Skilled in market research, data analysis, and campaign planning, with the ability to utilize advanced marketing tools and software to enhance work efficiency and precision. · Possess exceptional creative planning and copywriting abilities. Be capable for accurately grasping the brand's tone and produce attractive marketing content. · Be familiar with digital marketing, demonstrating sharp market insight and forward-thinking. High fluency in digital culture channels: Red Book/Tiktok content strategy, WeChat Membership ecosystems, and other global platforms. · A strong sense of responsibility and results - oriented mindset is required, ensuring all marketing tasks are completed on time and to a high quality.

· Deep knowledge of Eastern traditions (Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Zen, etc. ) and ability to translate them into compelling modern narratives.
