We are looking for a junior marketing specialist who understands marketing’s role in revenue generation, possesses foundational skills and is eager to expand their repertoire, and can take ownership of their remit. This is an exciting, equity-bearing opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a tech startup operating in the AI space. If you DutiesDevelop and maintain a thorough understanding of the market, e. g. , target market needs and buying behaviors, competitive analyses, etc. Work with the Head of Marketing to create brand and GTM strategy, and their products, e. g. , brand development platform.
Work with internal and external providers to produce and maintain website and campaign assets. Develop and execute multi-channel content strategy, from its production and distribution. Utilize our marketing automation suite to qualify, and nurture leads. Provide timely and accurate management reports as requested. Travel as required to events, conferences, etc. Other duties as needs dictate. Must-haves1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing in the tech B2C space. Demonstrable knowledge of social media / community marketing. Demonstrable copywriting and creative briefing experience. Self-starter who can think creatively and strategically. Experience using AI to streamline workflows. Hands-on experience using HubSpot.
Nice-to-havesExperience working with static websites via GitHub repos. Experience creating visual assets, e. g. videos and images. Experience in bootstrapped or venture funded tech startups.
