Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plan, and best practice human performance reviewManaging the overall Performance Management policies and processesManage, communicate, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and understanding of rewards and benefits programsReviewing and revising (as necessary) job description for all positions in the Company to fulfill both internal and external needs, divisional career path and job gradingDeveloping & managing performance review framework, processes & toolsLead recruitment and termination processes for the Product & Tech directorate, including vendor manpower managementMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree of Industrial EngineeringPreferably have prior 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Recruitment BackgroundSelf-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environmentStrong data analytical, logical & critical thinking is required, resourceful with a positive can-do attitudeStrong business acumen, strategy thinking, and driving changesProficient in Microsoft Suite (especially Power Point, Excel)
