Odoo Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) specialized in Odoo ERP to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The BA will work closely with stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, design optimized workflows, and ensure successful Odoo adoption across the Company.Key Responsibilities:- Requirements Gathering & AnalysisEngage with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into functional specifications.Map current processes and design optimized workflows using Odoo modules.Document business requirements, use cases, and user stories.- System Design & CustomizationCollaborate with Odoo consultants and developers to design and configure solutions.Validate feasibility of customizations and integrations.Ensure alignment of system functionality with business processes.- Testing & ValidationDefine acceptance criteria and support QA/testing activities.Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders.Ensure data consistency and accuracy during migration.- Change Management & TrainingSupport end-users with documentation, manuals, and training sessions.Promote adoption and address resistance by demonstrating business value.Act as a key point of contact between IT and business units.- Continuous ImprovementMonitor system performance and gather user feedback post-implementation.Recommend enhancements and new Odoo features to improve efficiency.Requirements:3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (ERP experience required, Odoo preferred).Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing.Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.Experience with ERP implementation life cycle (from design to go-live).Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or Odoo Studio is a plus.Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).Key Competencies:Analytical and critical thinking.Strong problem-solving orientation.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Collaborative and cross-functional mindset.Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences.We offer:Opportunity to work for a financially strong, fast-growing multinational companyConstant interaction with global teams of professionals 🎯International career opportunities 🚀Access to continuous professional development: training, certification programs, events, and team buildingsAttractive remuneration packageLife events’ gifts, corporate presents and awards, years of service bonuses 🎁We are on a mission to bring technology to everyone and are looking for new colleagues.
