Odoo Developer & Functional Specialist

We are looking for a talented Odoo Developer who has the ability to transform business needs into smart technical solutions, build customized modules, and optimize system performance to support business operations efficiently.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.Analyze system issues and provide effective technical and functional solutions.Configure, set up, and optimize Odoo for company operations.Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications (API, Webhooks, etc.).Automate processes and develop smart solutions to improve workflow.Collaborate with different departments to translate business needs into workable Odoo solutions.Maintain system performance, solve technical bugs, and support continuous improvement.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in Odoo development and implementation. (preferably recent versions).Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo Framework.Experience in Odoo.sh or on-prem deployment, configuration & customization.Ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and implement them independently.Experience with Odoo APIs and third-party integrations.Ability to work on custom modules, reporting, automation, and workflows.Strong experience with Odoo functional modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM, etc.).Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written) is required.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Preferred (Not Required but a Plus)Experience with OWL, REST APIs, Docker, and CI/CD.Previous work in logistics, ERP transformations, or complex Odoo environments.Experience optimizing Odoo for performance and scalability.Work Type & LocationFull-timeLocation: JeddahCompetitive salary based on experience.
