We are looking for passionate engineers who are ready to escalate to bigger challenges, enjoy designing and implementing products with scalable architecture for small, medium and large businesses, improving overall application performance, code structure, and developing robust, well-designed software systems which solve actual business problems.ResponsibilitiesPropose a scalable architecture which converts ideas into real products which solve actual business problemsDesign and develop highly scalable, reliable, secure and fault-tolerant systemsBuild and manage automated build/test/deployment environmentsProactively give structure, process, and documentation ideas to improve code quality and efficiencyQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in Odoo framework developmentStrong sense of ownershipUnderstanding of the limitations of ORM Odoo and multi-process architectureAbility to implement Continuous Integration and Continuous DeliveryWell-versed with Agile methodologies, TDD and Test Engineering and AutomationExperience in building SaaS product is a plusCan align business objectives with technology initiativesUnderstand best practices yet practical and impact-drivenKnowledgeable yet humbleShare the same visionTech stack we use but not limited toOdoo, PythonMySQL, PostgreSQLOther: Javascript (Node.js, Vue.js), knowledge in Docker, Firestore, Redis, Cypress, RabbitMQ, Postman API is a plus.
