A small office of currently 4 people has been opened in Luxembourg and is overflowing with projects.You will be essential to grow this office by supporting our clients and coaching our juniors with your experienceMissionBe a key digitalisation partner for your clients, deliver your projects with the support of a strong team, collaborate as a senior member within the group, and take on the role of coach, mentor, and senior advisor to junior developers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customise Odoo modules to meet real client needsAnalyse business processes and propose technical solutions that strike the right balance between standard Odoo capabilities and the client’s specific requirementsGuide, or at least participate in, architecture choices and technical decisionsConfigure Odoo modules according to business rulesWrite documentation and training materialsDeliver demonstrations and “train-the-trainer” sessionsCoordinate testing phases and ensure code qualitySupport and mentor junior developersContribute to the company’s technical evolution and best practicesProfile soughtMinimum 2 years of experience in Odoo and/or Python development : more than just experience, maturity and the ability to build solutions will be the deciding factorsExcellent command of English, spoken and writtenFrench is a strong plusBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, engineering, business, or equivalent experienceAdvanced skills in Python and JavaScriptStructured, analytical, and results-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently as well as in a teamCollaborative spirit and willingness to share knowledgeCreativity and pragmatism in problem-solvingAbility to challenge when necessaryPassion for OdooBenefitsAttractive salary with a full benefits package (car, phone, etc.)High-impact projects for well-known companies, generally larger in scope compared to other integratorsSignificant autonomy and responsibilitiesTraining tailored to your needs, an integral part of the company’s DNAFast career growth potential depending on the Luxembourg office’s expansionFlat organisation encouraging initiativeFor Luxembourg resident : hybrid is an option.
