Job Description: ODOO Functional ConsultantExperience: 3+ YearsLocation: Onsite near railway station Joining: Immediate preferredAbout the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and skilled ODOO Functional Consultant with over 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the vital link between our clients' business needs and the technical implementation of the ODOO ERP platform. You will be responsible for analysing business processes, configuring ODOO modules, and ensuring successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Requirement Analysis & Consulting: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, gather detailed requirements, and identify gaps.Solution Design: Design and propose effective ODOO-based solutions to meet client needs, leveraging your expertise in various ODOO modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR).Configuration & Customization: Configure ODOO apps to match the designed business solutions. Work closely with technical teams to specify and manage any necessary customizations.Implementation & Training: Lead the implementation of ODOO for clients, including data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.Support & Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot functional issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Documentation: Prepare functional design documents, process flows, training manuals, and test cases.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an ODOO Functional Consultant.Technical Knowledge: Strong functional knowledge of multiple ODOO modules. Understanding of the ODOO framework and its capabilities.Implementation Skills: Hands-on experience in at least 3-4 end-to-end ODOO implementation projects.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions.Communication: Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Location & Joining:Must be able to work from our office, which is conveniently located near the Railway Station Candidates available to join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.If you are an experienced ODOO consultant looking for an immediate, onsite opportunity and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
