Odoo Implementor/Functional Consultant- Project Manager

🏢 About ToDoOps:ToDoOps is a Saudi technology company specialized in Marketing and implementing Odoo ERP systems, providing business consultancy, digital transformation, and integrated marketing solutions.We work with clients across multiple industries — trading, manufacturing, services, and contracting — delivering localized ERP solutions that align with Saudi business needs.🎯 Position Title:Odoo Implementor/Functional Consultant- Projects⚙️ Key Responsibilities:Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications within Odoo ERP.Configure and implement Odoo applications (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines and deliverables.Conduct interactive Odoo demonstrations (Demos) for prospective clients and stakeholders.Prepare functional and financial proposals in coordination with management.Train end-users and supervise pilot runs after system implementation.Collaborate with the technical team (Developers) to ensure proper customization and integrations.Document processes, requirements, and progress reports using tools such as Google Workspace, Trello, and GitHub.Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and system stability post-delivery.🧩 Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:Management Information Systems (MIS)Information SystemsComputer ScienceMinimum 2 years of experience implementing Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems (SAP Business One, Zoho ERP, Oracle NetSuite).Strong understanding of business workflows — especially Sales, Inventory, and Accounting.Hands-on experience using project management and documentation tools (Trello, Google Workspace, Excel).Excellent written and spoken English.Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.🚀 Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):Experience in delivering live Odoo demos and pre-sales sessions.Familiarity with Odoo Studio and light technical customization.Interest in digital transformation, automation, and ERP optimization.
