Odoo Product Owner

Responsibilities :Product Strategy & RoadmapDefine and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Odoo ERP solutions.Translate business needs and market demands into product features and modules.Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.Product Development & DeliveryWork closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Consultants to design and deliver ERP modules.Ensure product quality, scalability, and usability across Odoo modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, etc.).Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to release and continuous improvement.Stakeholder & Customer EngagementAct as the voice of the customer and ensure solutions align with their pain points.Conduct requirement gathering workshops, product demos, and training sessions.Manage feedback loops with clients and internal teams to refine the product.Market & Competitive AnalysisConduct research on ERP/Odoo market trends, competitor offerings, and best practices.Identify new opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.Team Leadership & CollaborationCollaborate cross-functionally with IT, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.Provide direction and mentorship to junior product team members.Ensure effective communication between technical and business stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in ERP/Odoo-related products.Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Procurement, Sales).Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred: Odoo Certification, Agile/Scrum Product Owner certification.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely delivery of product roadmap milestones.Customer satisfaction & adoption rate of ERP modules.Number of successful implementations/releases.Business impact (revenue growth, cost efficiency, market share).Innovation & improvements introduced in Odoo ERP solutions.
