Odoo Technical Developer

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Technical Developer to lead the customization, development, and optimization of Odoo ERP modules. The role requires deep technical expertise in Odoo, the ability to design scalable solutions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of custom Odoo modules.Customize existing modules and integrate third-party applications as per business needs.Analyze requirements from business teams and translate them into technical solutions.Optimize Odoo performance and ensure system stability and scalability.Manage integrations with APIs, payment gateways, and external systems.Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.Maintain documentation for developed solutions and customizations.Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.1+ years of experience in Odoo ERP development and customization.Hands-on experience with Odoo frameworks (Community and Enterprise editions).Proven experience with Odoo APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu environments and deployment practices.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.Ability to lead a small technical team and mentor junior developers.
