A versatile person who is eager to work with a dynamic team.The Marine Dealer Sales Controller will be responsible for supporting the achievement of marine sales objectives while aligning with the broader goals of the company. This role primarily involves assisting with sales and aftersales operations, as well as providing dealer and marketing support.Remuneration620K-700K plus 13th Cheque depending on experiencePOSITION INFO:Duties include:Dealer Network SupportTrack and analyse monthly dealer sales performance against targets.Maintain up-to-date dealer profiles and performance data.Support dealers in meeting OEM scorecard and performance metrics.Conduct regular evaluations and calculations of dealer scorecard performance.Act as a central point of contact for all marine-related dealer queries.Provide technical guidance to dealer network where applicable.Serve as the link between marine sales, aftersales, and the dealer network.Conduct routine dealer visits and compile visit reports.Ensure customer support is extended to both dealers and retail clients nationwide.Support various administrative and dealer-related initiatives and documentation as needed.Sales CoordinationOversee dealer order management and monitor dispatch timelines.Handle dealer enquiries regarding product availability and order status.Manage stock allocations and monitor unit movement to ensure optimal distribution.Supply Chain & LogisticsMaintain schedules for incoming marine shipments and expected arrival timelines.Update merchandise flow files to reflect forward-looking stock projections and planning.Marketing & EventsAssist with planning and execution of local dealer events, including trade and fishing events.Support the implementation of dealer marketing plans and promotions.Coordinate Point of Sale (POS) initiatives across the dealer network.Oversee dealer signage rollouts and branding consistency.Participate in planning and execution of exhibitions and boat shows.Monitor digital presence and social media engagement relating to marine products.ReportingCompile monthly sales and inventory reports.Submit structured monthly management updates across key performance areas.Maintain internal reporting on marine sales activities, dealer interactions, and other key initiatives.Market & Competitor AnalysisTrack and analyse market data, including competitor performance by region.Provide insights on sales trends and identify potential areas for growth.Submit detailed market intelligence and forecasting reports.Requirements:Previous marine or boating exposure is advantageous, particularly community or industry involvement.A valid Skipper’s Licence is beneficial but not essential.Highly accurate, detail-focused, and methodical in approach.Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in dealing with both internal teams and external partners.Strong customer relationship management abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.Solid technical understanding coupled with sound commercial/business acumen.Comfortable working in cross-functional teams across sales, aftersales, and marketing functions.Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a structured, process-driven mindset.Strong problem-solving ability with practical insight and initiative.Willing to take on additional responsibilities beyond the core job scope when required.Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internet-based systems.Analytical and strategic thinker.Practical and hands-on approach to daily responsibilities.Resilient under pressure with a high frustration tolerance.Strong personal ethics, values, and integrity.Adaptable and flexible in a fast-moving environment.Emotionally intelligent with the ability to engage across diverse cultures and personalities.Willingness to travel nationally as required.Availability to work occasional weekends for events, shows, or dealer support.Candidates may be required to undergo psychometric assessments as part of the recruitment process.If your current experience and skillsets tick majority of the job specification boxes, then: Apply directly now – Send your CV to Feel free to contact Hayley directly on or send a WhatsApp to for more information.Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
