Job Description

You’ll steer projects from kick‑off to launch: balancing budgets, timelines, people and design workflows, while adding strategic value around content hierarchy and UX best practice. Reporting to our co-founders, you’ll be the bridge between clients, creatives and developers, ensuring work ships on time, on budget and on an even better brief. We need excellent time management, people and presentation skillsCore responsibilities: Own the full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, risk management and QAAudit existing content:

supporting in defining IA, map user journeys and champion storytelling that serves both UX and SEOEnsure projects are being delivered to their briefFacilitate workshops, create low‑fidelity wireframes and translate insights into actionable design ticketsDeliver calm, proactive status reports and nurture long‑term client relationshipsTrack burn, manage third‑party partners and keep everyone aligned on scopeIdentify process gaps, trial new tools and help us stay lean as we growPartner with new business on proposals, timelines and ballparksWho are you?2+ years steering digital projects in an agency, studio or product team. Bachelor’s degree (2:

1 or above) from a top‑30 UK / Russell Group university or internationally recognised equivalent, or proven track record demonstrating the same strategic rigour. Sharp attention to detail and QA. And quick resolution. Clear understanding of the (digital) business objectivesWorking knowledge of content design, IA, usability heuristics and accessibility basics. Comfortable in both agile sprints and fixed‑scope waterfall deliveries. Fluency with a PM suite (Notion, Monday, Jira, etc. ) plus Slack and Google Workspace. A knack for translating creative chatter into prioritised tasks. Clear, empathetic communicator: written, verbal, emoji. Must: Figma familiarity, SEO literacy
