To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for a talented Offboarding Manager, EMEA to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services.Role OverviewDetail-oriented and empathetic Offboarding Manager responsible for managing employee offboarding processes on behalf of our global clients. In this role, you will ensure a seamless, compliant, and professional offboarding experience for departing employees while safeguarding our clients' interests and maintaining compliance with local labor laws.What you'll be doing:Offboarding Coordination:Manage the end-to-end offboarding process for employees across multiple countries and jurisdictionsCollaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information to initiate offboarding proceduresCompliance and Documentation:Ensure all offboarding activities adhere to local labor laws and EOR-specific regulationsPrepare, review, and process termination documentation such as final pay calculations, release agreements, and exit lettersMaintain accurate records of offboarded employees and associated documentationCommunication and Support:Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and updates throughout the offboarding processCommunicate with employees professionally, ensuring they understand the offboarding steps and have access to necessary resourcesHandle sensitive conversations with departing employees while maintaining confidentiality and professionalismPayroll and Benefits:Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of final settlements, unpaid wages, and applicable benefitsOversee the deactivation of benefits, systems access, and other employee entitlementsProcess Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve the offboarding process and enhance the overall experience for clients and employeesStay up to date on labor law changes, compliance requirements, and best practices in the EOR industryQualifications:2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Support/Success roles, ideally within an HR Tech SaaS environment. Experience as HR Business Partner or in HR operations is also highly relevantExperience in EOR (Employer of Record), global HR, or payroll-related supportStrong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple offboardings across global time zonesProactive by nature – you anticipate challenges, take the initiative, and consistently seek improvementsProven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first, globally distributed environmentSkills:Time Management: You will be participating in meetings, supporting our customers, and working with local partners; then throw time zones in the mix, and that’s quite the day. You will need to be good at structuring your work day and tasks to make sure you accomplish all those things whilst maintaining a work-life balanceAttention to detail: Offboarding people globally means being compliant in every country we operate in and translating our client’s requirements perfectly every timeEmpathetic: you need excellent people skills to connect with clients and their employees. You will use your empathic abilities to handle all sorts of conversations with multiple audiencesExcellent communication skills: as we’re working with many people from all over the world, it’s important for us to communicate, quickly adapt and relay information in different ways. Excellent English (both written and verbal) is a mustIndependent and autonomous: as we work, we’re naturally independent.
