Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and coordination of internal communications. Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating records, and maintaining office supplies. Support HR with onboarding processes, employee documentation, and attendance tracking.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office functioning. Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and operational requirements as needed. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to multitask and work independently.
