They have regular company off-sites and are known for a brilliant team culture.About the role: They are now seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join their Bath based team. This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth office management, and assisting the wider team with administrative tasks. It’s a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment within the luxury recruitment sector.Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team and managementMaintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and complianceAssist with scheduling interviews, client meetings, and team calendarsPrepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as neededHandle incoming calls, emails, and general office enquiriesSupport with invoicing, expenses, and other basic financial administrationContribute to improving office processes and ensuring smooth operationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicator with strong written and verbal EnglishProactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamPrevious office administration or recruitment support experience is an advantageBenefits:Competitive salary of £23-25,000 + bonus Opportunity to gain insight into the luxury yacht and private staffing industryFriendly, supportive, and fast-paced office environment with growth potentialExposure to both maritime and land-based recruitment operations, ideal for career development
