🏢 Office AssistantWe are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting management and various departments with administrative, HR, and coordination tasks.The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day administrative duties and provide direct support to managementManage correspondence with clients, vendors, and external partnersOrganize and maintain office systems, files, records, and suppliesAssist with HR-related tasks, such as document preparation, record-keeping, and onboarding supportCoordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal/external communicationsSupport basic accounting or procurement processes (invoices, purchase orders, vendor follow-ups)Ensure the office environment runs smoothly and complies with company standardsQualifications & Requirements2+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in an international or fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plusStrong organizational and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detailProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital toolsProactive, adaptable, and professional — able to work both independently and as part of a teamPreferred BackgroundExperience or exposure to any of the following areas will be an advantage:Accounts or Finance Support (basic bookkeeping, invoice tracking)HR Coordination (staff records, onboarding, training logistics)Procurement Assistance (supplier communication, purchase tracking)Operations Support (process coordination, reporting)How to Apply:Send your CV to [ alex@unido.ae ], with the subject line:"Office Assistant-Ecovacs MEA"
