Company Description N.O.M.E.S Co. Ltd is a Japanese corporation based in Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, specializing in services for U.S. and Japanese prime contractors and local companies. Our offerings include engineering services, project management, fuel system calibration, and maintenance of fuel facilities across Japan and Guam. We support U.S. military projects with expertise in areas such as site investigation, MILCON contracting consultation, safety consulting, and IT services. Additionally, our team provides asbestos, LBP, and PFOS testing and remediation, as well as certification courses. Currently, we are actively involved in various projects on U.S. military bases, including recurring maintenance and repairs under a DLA/USACE contract. Role Description This is an on-site contract role for an Office Administrative Assistant located in Okinawa, Japan. The Office Administrative Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, including organizing documentation, answering and directing phone calls, and providing executive administrative support. The role includes clerical duties such as record keeping and document management, as well as ensuring effective communication across teams. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical SkillsStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilitiesExperience in Executive Administrative AssistanceDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipmentFluency in English is prefered; Japanese language skills is a must.Previous experience in a similar role in an international organization or japanese organization.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
