This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Admin/Secretary based in Abu Dhabi. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing assistance to team members, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, coordinating office operations, and maintaining records. The role requires excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure efficient office operations.QualificationsProficiency in Office Administration and Administrative AssistanceStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsBasic Accounting knowledge and ability to handle financial tasksExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in MS Office tools and other relevant softwarePrevious experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatoryAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentGood communication skills in English & Arabic Salary: AED 7,000 - AED 8,000
