Job Description

BEC Engineering is a well established electrical engineering consultancy with teams specialising in Power Systems, E&I, Controls and Automation applications for mining and infrastructure.We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join this team.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for general office administration and projects / engineering team support. Duties and responsibilities will include:Answering General Office phone line and enquiries.  Management of administrator / info e-mail box. Organising and receiving couriers and deliveriesAssist in ad-hoc site deployments including coordinating and arranging travel, medicals and access for engineers visiting site.Assisting the Project Managers with project reporting, meeting minutes and all project related documentation. Assist Project Manager with logistical requirements. Formatting and management of non-technical documents.Develop and update relevant administrative processes and procedures where required.Assist in the development of Marketing material and Intranet maintenance.Provide general office support including stationary management and supplies, amenities, social / team events (weekly, monthly and quarterly).  Support completing the QA System. Organise site equipment, uniforms and site PPE.Other administrative duties as required. Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role Experience in an Electrical Engineering Environment highly desirable A demonstrable positive can-do attitude to all tasks.Ability to plan tasks, prioritise daily demands.Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills with the ability to relate well and cooperate with people at all levels.Advanced skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Strong formatting skills.       Why Join BEC EngineeringOpportunity to grow and develop within the business.
