Job Description

Your responsibilities:Supporting all office services across the HedgeServ regions (EU/AUS/PHP) and working as part of the Facility TeamHandling/processing incoming calls / postPreparing orders for and managing all office deliveriesRaising POs, managing incoming invoices for all regions and managing vendor relationsSupervising on site locally any maintenance services and following up on completed work reports and co-ordinating services at other locationsSupporting all Sports and Social teams on booking events and activityCoordinating courier services across all regionsSupport onboarding/separation employee process and coordinating tasks with relevant internal stakeholdersSupporting the HedgeServ Employee Notification System and Hotel Desking processesMaintaining all logs and budgets and providing reports relevant to the above tasksAny tasks as directed by your SupervisorOur requirements:Business Administration / Management degreeAn enthusiastic person who is keen to learn and can cope under pressure to work in our busy officeExcellent oral and written communication skillsHighly organized and flexibleComputer literate and with good Excel knowledgeFull training will be providedWhat we offer:Premium Health InsuranceSports Club MembershipMy Benefit – Cafeteria SystemTuition SupportActive Sports and Social CommitteeLife Insurance
