Our client, a boutique wealth management firm in Dublin, is seeking a QFA-qualified Office Administrator to support its Directors. This role offers job share flexibility and the chance to work in a close-knit team, delivering exceptional service to private clients and SMEs. What you'll do:
  • Manage office administration for advisory clients
  • Oversee client onboarding and documentation
  • Process applications while ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Support clients with income distribution queries
  • Coordinate compliance activities and reviews
  • Ensure client files are complete and prepared for advisor meetings
  • Assist with payroll tasks and adapt to evolving responsibilities What you bring:
  • QFA qualification (mandatory) and familiarity with Voyant software
  • Proven experience in financial services or wealth management
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail when handling confidential documents
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
