Job Summary:We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Office Administrator to support our sales team in promoting energy efficiency schemes such as GBIS and ECO4. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers - explaining scheme benefits, qualifying leads, and booking surveys over the phone. Your work will help households save energy, lower bills, and access government-backed support programs.Salary & Benefits:At REFYT, we’re also committed to continually evolving our benefits to support you as we grow, ensuring you have the resources, recognition, and opportunities to thrive both professionally and personally.Competitive salary of £27,000 + bonus28 days holiday, including Bank HolidaysCompany pension schemeOngoing CPD and trainingResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team by qualifying incoming leads and providing clear, accurate information about the GBIS and ECO4 schemes.Coordinate survey appointments, managing schedules between customers and surveyors to ensure smooth operations.Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring all customer interactions and activities are accurately logged and up to date.Manage shared inboxes and respond to customer enquiries, providing timely and professional communication.Perform general administrative tasks, including document management and report preparation.Assist in improving internal processes, sharing feedback and suggestions to enhance team efficiency.Represent the company professionally, maintaining a friendly and customer-focused approach in all interactions.Support the wider team in achieving department goals and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.Required QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree preferred, but ambition, curiosity, and a willingness to learn matter mostExperience:Experience working closely with teammates, especially in fast-paced environments.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through telephone or remote client interactions.Prior experience in telephone sales, telemarketing, B2B sales, or customer-facing roles, particularly handling high volumes of calls and leads.
