Job Description

Job Title: Payments & Administrative Coordinator - ASGLocation: Baghdad - Al MansourAbout the Job:Assist all general administration departments in dealing with the financial issues related issuance and/ or renewal of visa, residency and social security payments through raising PRs, collecting the amounts, preparing the receipts and reconciliation the amounts with the finance.Main duties & responsibilities:Request payment and getting the required signatures Uploading on the approval centerCollecting the payment in the related companies Collecting the invoices from the related departments. Handing over the original invoices to related Companies Scanning all the invoices for our records. Clear account with Finance department Support the related departments in getting the urgent letters stamped at ASGSupport the related departments to deliver urgent letters and documents between governmental departments.Archive the Hard copies of governmental documents in box filesRequired Qualification:Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, social sciences or any related fieldAt least two years of experience in a similar jobArabic & English languages are required.TeamworkAdaptability to change
