Industry & Sector: Management consulting and professional services operating across corporate and public sector clients in the UAE. We deliver strategic advisory, business transformation and operational support to regional organisations and require on-site administrative excellence to support our consultant teams.Role: Office AdministratorWe are seeking an organised, proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations at our UAE office. This on-site role supports client-facing teams, maintains efficient administrative processes, and ensures a professional front-of-house experience.Role & ResponsibilitiesOperate front desk and reception: greet visitors, manage incoming calls and general office enquiries to maintain a professional client-facing environment.Manage office supplies, place purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, and track invoices to ensure timely replenishment and cost control.Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting rooms and executive calendars; prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and distribute follow-ups.Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensure document control, confidentiality and accurate record-keeping.Support basic finance tasks: process expense reports, petty cash handling and liaise with finance for reconciliations.Drive continuous improvement of office processes, manage facilities requests and support compliance with health & safety and workplace policies.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveMinimum 2 years of on-site office administration experience in a corporate or professional services environment in the UAE or GCC.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.Proven experience in calendar management, travel booking and vendor coordination.Practical knowledge of document management and confidential record-keeping.Basic bookkeeping experience: expense reporting, petty cash and invoice handling.Professional English communication; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
