A Multinational Company is looking for Office AssistantJob Description / ResponsibilityA Multinational Company having support for its local customers with the smart card products as it has already a leading existence in the global market share among the industry for the smart card products and services in the last two decades. The vision of the company is to establish a potential strength of workforce who can take the challenges of the world’s rapid growing technological market. The company is currently looking candidate for the appointment of Office Assistant for its local office in Dhaka.Job Purpose / Summary:The Office Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities, including product delivery, bill submission, cheque collection, and information gathering from customers. The role also involves maintaining positive relationships with clients and providing support to other departments as required.Job Responsibility:Deliver products to customers as per schedule.Submit bills and collect cheques from clients and partners.Obtain customer approval for new and existing product samples and artwork.Archive and file all business and delivery documents as per company policySubmit utility bills (Electricity, Gas, TNT) to the respective offices.Collect and submit company documents to the VAT officeGather and record necessary information from customers accurately.Maintain good communication and relationships with customers.Assist other departments when required to ensure smooth operations.Perform any additional administrative or operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.Educational RequirementsMinimum Graduation / HSC or equivalent educational qualification.Experience Requirements1 to 2 year(s)Additional RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role will be an advantage.Basic knowledge of office operations and documentation.Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Reliable, punctual, and responsible.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar position will be an advantage.Job LocationDhaka (Uttar Khan)
