If so, we invite you to consider the vital role of Office & Community Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at our Copenhagen headquarters.In this dual role, you will focus primarily on coordinator and administrative assistant responsibilities, supporting one of our Partners and handling a variety of office and administrative tasks. Your contribution will be essential to maintaining a well-organized and productive workplace, while assisting with project logistics, travel arrangements, and event coordination. You will work closely with the Office & Community Management team, as well as the team of Administrative Assistants. Reporting to the Office & Community Manager, with additional dotted reporting line to the Team Leader of the Assistant team, you will help drive the success of our projects through effective collaboration and support.The main purpose and mission for the Office & Community Management team is to maintain a hospitable, professional and functioning environment with a focus on supporting our projects and creating a positive and long-lasting impression for all. To enable that, we are looking for a colleague to manage the responsibilities below:Primary responsibilities:Supporting staff in travel coordinationCoordinating internal events and celebrationsContributing to exceptional service and care for all colleagues and guests.Coordinating the lunch catering and ordering dinners/snacks for late workdaysBooking all office related couriersCollaborating and supporting our team of piccolos dailyManaging office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintainedProviding administrative support to one of our Partners, coordinating travels, lectures, and PR, to enable the Partner to focus on the projects and business aspectsHandling various ad hoc tasks as needed The ideal candidate:Has relevant professional experience within office support, hospitality etc. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.Fluency in both Danish and English (spoken and written) is requiredHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveCalm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple tasksA positive, flexible team player who enjoys a dynamic and creative workplaceA good sense of humor and a collaborative spirit  About the Role:Location: Nordhavn, CopenhagenPosition type: Permanent, full-timeWorkplace: On-siteStart date: As soon as possibleApplication deadline: October 30th Why Join Us?You will be part of a vibrant, international team where two days are not the same.
