About the Role We’re looking for an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our office and provide administrative assistance to our leadership team. This part-time position (16 hours per week) is ideal for someone who loves organization, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in creating an efficient, welcoming workplace. What You’ll Do Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient environment. Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate orders for keys, fobs, and parking passes. Provide administrative support to the CEO and VP of Finance, including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation. Support internal staff events, appreciation activities, and organization-wide initiatives. Assist with onboarding new employees, including workspace and access coordination. Respond to inquiries, maintain records and databases, and assist with team projects. What You Bring 2–4 years of experience in office administration or coordination, ideally in a non-profit, tourism, or small-office environment. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A collaborative, professional, and detail-oriented approach to your work. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
