Please note that we are unfortunately unable to offer relocation support for this role.Okay, let's get more specific.Here’s what you’ll be doing on the day-to-day as our new Office & Culture Manager:🏫 Office & Culture team:Oversee and delegate daily tasks with the Office Assistant to ensure the smooth running of office operations, from supplies management to maintaining a spotless and functional officeFoster a sense of community and collaboration within the team by organizing regular check-ins and team-building eventsBe the go-to person for resolving challenges or emergencies affecting the team or their tasksProactively identify opportunities to improve office operations and enhance the Tactiler experienceStay updated on trends and best practices in workplace management and culture-building🧹 Facilities Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environmentManage relationships and contracts with vendors and service providersEnsure all aspects of building maintenance are managed on an ongoing basis, including the alarm system, ventilation, and sewer drainageManage relationships with neighbors with whom we share our backyard, entrance, and basement withHandle procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment💜 Culture and Well-Being Initiatives:Prepare and coordinate activities related to onboarding/offboarding, together with the People Business PartnersPrepare office space for weekly Yoga and other well-being initiativesPrepare meeting rooms for meetings and interviews, upon request, as well as prepare for bigger in-house workshopsOrganize events such as Friday Bars, annual company parties, and other social gatheringsCollaborate with our Head Chef and Kitchen staff on cross-functional tasks and initiativesWe know this is a lot, but it highlights the crucial role this position plays in ensuring we have the best possible workplace for our teams.
