This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a comfortable, organized, and efficient workplace. We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and communicative, who can take ownership of the office space and contribute to our team’s well-being and effectiveness.The job can be part-time.Responsibilities: Purchasing food for the officeOrganizing lunch delivery to the officeCollaborating with the office landlordOrganizing office cleaningPurchasing stationeryMaintaining the primary and backup Wi-Fi networks.Interacting with providers in the event of a failure.Purchasing equipment for the employeesOrganising team buildingsTravel arrangements for employeesOrganising Dutch language courses for employeesHelping our employees with various requestsCoordinate with other office managers in the companyRequirements: Fluent English and Dutch - must have, Russian is a plusOffice manager experience is a plusGood soft skillsExceptional organizational skillsWhat we offer: Good salaryMedical insuranceLunches
