Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage administrative tasks, maintain office equipment, and support customer service efforts. The role includes ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities, coordinating with multiple teams, and contributing to an efficient and professional workplace environment. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.Expertise in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage daily operations efficiently.Familiarity with handling Office Equipment and ensuring its proper functionality.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field is preferred.Prior experience in office management, event planning, or a related area is beneficial.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software tools.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
