Job Description

Salary: EU 35.000,00 (Includes 13th month and holiday pay)As part of a small team, the part time office manager will play a key role in the smooth running of the office. This part time position is for 22.5 hours per week, over 3 days (7.5 hours per day).Essential Job Functions IncludeManage supplies of the office (water, coffee, stationary, etc.)Monitor the general mailbox daily & pass on emails if needed to the right persons.Manage incoming and outgoing post.Scanning of all incoming invoices by post.Re-ordering business cards when needed.Main POC for building access and maintenance, including sharing updates about the building with the team. (Eg. Fire drills, window cleaners, etc.).Manage overview of all our running service contracts with relevant details and dates (start/end).Welcoming and receiving visitors when needed.Order in lunch or make reservations when needed.Ad hoc assignments.RequirementsThis position is open to a someone just starting out in their career, or an experienced professional.Bachelor’s degree with some administrative/office experience or in lieu of degree. Additional work experience is accepted.Excellent written and spoken English. Any other language is a bonus.Skills and experience interfacing with technology including Microsoft Office SuitePossesses strong organization and interpersonal skills; has a keen eye for detail.Ability to build strong and sustainable relationships.Ability to think ahead and anticipate the needs of the office.Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing effectively; adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, exercise good sound judgement and execute transactions.Excellent communication skills.
