About the RoleOur client is a leading investment firm is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to join their Singapore team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and supporting a dynamic team of investment professionals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee general office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supplies procurement.Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and document handling.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding office-related matters.Support HR and finance teams with onboarding, payroll coordination, and basic bookkeeping tasks.Assist in organizing team events, investor meetings, and other firm-related activities.Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in office administration or operations, preferably in financial services or professional firms.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
