We’re looking for an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our Country Manager and local teams while ensuring our small office operates efficiently. This is a varied role— perfect for someone who enjoys combining administration, finance, HR, procurement and office operations in one position.Job DescriptionWhat you’ll doAct as the right hand to the Country Manager and support local and global teams (Finance, HR, Operations, Procurement, IT).Run day-to-day office operations, manage suppliers, equipment, and organize company events.Handle administrative and finance tasks including invoicing, expenses, payroll coordination, and communication with external accountants.Support HR processes — onboarding/offboarding, contracts, employee records, and coordination with HQ People team.Manage travel arrangements, timesheets, and expense reporting.Be the central link for all local operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally.What You Bring5+ years of experience in a similar administrative, office, or EA role.Broad knowledge of HR assistance, finance, and general operations.Fluent in Danish and English (C1); Swedish is a plus.Service-minded and resilient, with a strong commitment to supporting others and maintaining high performance under pressure.Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships at all levels.Primary locationCopenhagenAdditional locationsTime typeFull time At ESET, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are integral to our corporate culture.
