DescriptionOverviewAs an Office Manager at 99c, you will lead the strategic and operational management of office services, ensuring a productive, safe, and inspiring work environment for our Cape Town team. This senior role combines executive support, team leadership, facilities management, and strategic planning to optimize workplace operations and enhance employee experience. You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of office operations. RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
Executive Support & AdministrationProvide comprehensive PA support to Executive Committee including calendar management and schedulingPrepare board meeting agendas, minutes, and action itemsHandle confidential correspondence and documents with discretionCoordinate executive travel and visa applicationsPrepare executive presentations and reportsAssist Executives with ad hoc requirementsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise and mentor office services team (Office Administrator, Receptionists, Support Staff)Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedbackManage team schedules and leave coordinationIdentify training needs and foster positive team cultureFacilities & Operations ManagementOversee all building systems, infrastructure, and office space planningDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programsImplement and maintain OHS compliance and security protocolsCoordinate office renovations, improvements, and business continuity planningFinancial Management & Strategic PlanningDevelop and manage annual office operations budget with cost-saving initiativesMonitor expenditure, approve purchase orders, and prepare monthly financial reportsLead office improvement initiatives and implement new systems and technologiesPlan and execute company events, monthly staff celebrations, and bar nightsQualificationsJob Requirements:
