In this role, you will directly support the Office Manager and assist the Travel Expense Assistant with administrative tasks. Additionally, you will help with reception-related duties.Your ImpactShadowing Office Manager: organizing events, managing Condeco/Engage system, helping to manage the office’s everyday life, manage invoices regarding AGCO Hungary in SAPTravel Expense assistance: helping to manage expense reportsReception assistance: serving as a backup for Reception related tasks, keeping the office neat and orderlyYour Experience And QualificationsSpeak both English and Hungarian fluently. Have ongoing university studies for at least a year and able to work at least 20 hours per week onsite. Have great organization skills and pay attention to details. Can quickly and efficiently solve problems independently. Are confident in using Outlook, Excel and WordYour BenefitsAccess to trainings and language learning platforms. Your WorkplaceAGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
