Our vision is to provide the construction industry with a quality service that aids in the growth and development of Australia's infrastructure.Our commitment is unwavering as we strive for unparalleled standards of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and fairness in every interaction with our employees, clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in our Head Office based in Sydney's Hills District.Start Date: mid January 2026Key Responsibilities:Fleet management - registration, renewals, claims, fuel cards and e-toll accountManagement of company insurancesAssist operations team with onboarding and management of internal and external applications and portalsAssist HR with onboarding, document updates and inductionsMeeting preparation, bookings and taking of minutesDocument managementUniform and merchandise purchases and distributionOffice purchasesEvents - team building activities, mid and end of year celebrations, BBQsAssist with LinkedIn content for outsourced providerEmployee rewards and recognition program and client giftingMaintain office environmentAd hoc requests for assistance from team membersRequirements:At least 2 years experience in a similar roleExperience using Microsoft 365 and macOS - Intermediate level of Excel requiredDemonstrated problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a cooperative, team-based environmentTech savvy with the ability to learn new platformsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganised and motivated, with a can-do attitudeA willingness to assist all departments and team members with ad hoc requestsBenefits:Supportive and friendly work environmentGreat locationWeekly wagesReady Group encourages and fosters an interactive, safe, and friendly working environment.
