Job Description

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates. ResponsibilitiesEnsure the proper functioning of the site: logistics, suppliers, security, maintenanceSupervise the administrative assistant and monitor orders, contracts, and budgetsWelcome and onboard new employees, and coordinate local HR actionsOrganize internal events and support CSR initiativesEnsure regular reporting (headcount, HR indicators, expenses)Contribute to continuous improvement and the structuring of the siteQualificationsBachelor’s degree (Bac+3) minimum, ideally in management, HR, or administration2 to 3 years of experience in office coordination or HR supportProficiency in office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Fluent French, English level B2Autonomy, adaptability, and customer service mindsetTeam spirit and collaborative approachStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
