Established in 2015 in Serbia and expanding to Cyprus in 2024, we combine expertise and innovation to drive financial technology forward.The company is headquartered in Novi Sad.Where you come inWe are looking for a reliable and highly organized Office Manager who will ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and provide operational support to company leadership and teams.In this role, you will coordinate administrative processes, manage office operations, support internal communication, and ensure that the workplace environment enables teams to work efficiently and productively.What you'll be doingOffice operations management: Ensure smooth daily office operations, maintain a well-organized and efficient working environment, and coordinate office procedures and policiesExecutive and administrative support: Provide administrative support to company leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating internal and external communicationsVendor and partner coordination: Communicate with external vendors and service providers, manage contracts and orders, and ensure timely delivery of office-related services and suppliesMeeting and event coordination: Organize internal meetings, business visits, and company events, including logistics, meeting materials, and coordination with participantsOffice logistics and procurement: Manage office supplies, equipment, and workplace infrastructure, ensuring employees have the resources they need for their daily workDocumentation and record management: Maintain accurate administrative records, contracts, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and proper document organizationFinancial administration support: Assist with administrative financial tasks such as invoice tracking, expense coordination, and collaboration with the finance departmentInternal communication support: Facilitate communication between departments and support coordination of internal initiatives and projectsProcess improvement: Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office organization to increase efficiencyAsset and office inventory management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office equipment and workplace assetsWhat you'll bring2+ years of experience in office management, administration, or similar rolesStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience coordinating vendors, office logistics, and administrative processesProficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity or task management toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environmentHigh level of attention to detail, reliability, and discretion when handling confidential informationProficiency in both spoken and written EnglishThe mindset we valueYou take full ownership of your work and approach tasks with a strong sense of responsibilityYou are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyYou are proactive and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environmentYou are discreet and professional when handling confidential informationYou have excellent interpersonal and communication skillsYou are reliable, structured, and detail-orientedYou enjoy supporting teams and creating an efficient working environmentWhat we offerCompetitive salaryMinimum 22 vacation days3 days fully covered sick leaveFlexible working hoursPrivate health insuranceFit passAnd above all – great colleagues who will support youThis is an office position in Novi Sad.
