This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys engaging with others, and has a natural ability to energize a room. You’ll manage marketing efforts, coordinate events, and support the team’s daily operations, all while being a friendly, approachable presence in the office. This is an in-person job and will require days each week in the Amesbury office and the Beverly office.Key QualificationsExcellent organizational skills with a knack for problem-solving.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with technologies and multitasking across online platforms.A naturally engaging personality; enjoys connecting with people and building relationships.Sharp attention to detail and a creative approach.Ability to identify and escalate issues proactively.Prior experience or knowledge in real estate is an advantage but not essential.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage company social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.Manage open-house marketing and materials for all agents.Source and order branded marketing items while ensuring cost-effectiveness.Coordinate and plan company events, from community outreach to client appreciation gatherings.Create agendas and provide support for office meetings.Participate in office events and proactively capture photos for online presence.Build and grow vendor and partner relationships. Liaison to North Shore Realtors, Chambers, and additional existing partners.Maintain office environment, including light cleaning, organization, and ordering office supplies.Direct supervisor to interns - delegating tasks/projects, providing support and leadership.Assist the CEO and CFO with daily tasks and special projects as requested.
