The ideal candidate has a strong interest in fashion, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is proactive with multitasking across administrative, operational, and customer-facing responsibilities.Responsibilities:Office CoordinationAct as the first point of contact for office visitors, clients and vendors. Oversee general day-to-day office operations: supply ordering, mail handling, maintenance requests, and kitchen organization.Manage vendor relationships (IT support, cleaning services, supplies, etc.) and maintain operational efficiency.Lead administrative functions: office supplies, mail, shipments, calendars, meeting coordination.Manage incoming communications and ensure timely responses to administrative requests.Showroom ManagementManage the showroom calendar and coordinate appointments for sales teams, buyers.Support sales during market weeks, including appointment prep, client hospitality, and real-time troubleshooting.Ensure the showroom is visually merchandised to brand standards and kept clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.Oversee sample inventory: track deliveries, manage check-outs and returns, and maintain sample integrity.Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 2-4 years office management, receptionist or executive assistant experienceAbility to pro-actively communicate and partner across all levels of the organizationAbility to work well independently and on a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional and pleasant demeanorExtremely well-organized and thorough, with meticulous attention to detail.Ability to manage time and prioritize daily activitiesPrevious experience working in a fashion or similar industry related office in an administrative role
