Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC is looking for Officer - Branch Distribution (Business Finance, Analytics, MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting)Key PointsSupporting the Branch Distribution and Management Division of AIB PLC by delivering strategic financial planning, insightful business analytics and efficient MIS reporting in full compliance with regulatory and Shariah principles.Job Description / ResponsibilityDevelop and maintain daily financial dashboards, presenting up-to-date insights on the loan and deposit portfolio to support proactive decision-making.Prepare monthly variance analyses across branches, areas, regions, and departments, highlighting profitability metrics, asset yields and cost of funds on a month-on-month, year-on-year, and actual-vs-budget basis to evaluate performance and guide business strategy.Monitor sales performance and identify key drivers and areas requiring improvement.Produce comprehensive financial position summaries and competitive market intelligence reports for presentation to the Board, Management Committee, and other key stakeholders to support strategic and technical decision-making.Lead the annual budgeting process at multiple levels—including national, divisional, departmental, branch, and zonal—ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.Preparing key financial highlights, performance trend graphs, and analytical narratives to support informed strategic and managerial decision-making.Oversee team coordination and capacity development, facilitating training initiatives to enhance analytical capabilities and reporting accuracy.Provide a wide range of ad-hoc financial and management reports to optimize sales strategies, products and customer segmentation.Utilize the allocated budget properly.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersExperience Requirements7 to 12 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
