Job Description

Officer – ExaminationsChartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka (Inc.), the leader in Human Resource Management, which is fast expanding to meet the current and emerging demands of the HR Profession, requires a self-motivated, results-oriented professional to fill the vacancy of the Officer – Examinations.Key Responsibilities:·        Oversee the CIPM assessment calendar, ensuring timely LMS uploads and the release of results within one month.·        Expand the question bank by 10% and finalize assessments in advance.·        Share assessments and links with examiners promptly, provide guidance, and finalize results without delay.·        Ensure all examination logistics, including student eligibility, payment status, attendance, and mark sheets, are properly managed.·        Communicate assessment notifications in advance.·        Plan special assessments and finalize the graduation list on time.·        Accurately finalize examiner payments and submit them to finance on time.·        Adhere to the Board of Examination Manual and Quality Standards while implementing 5S practices.·        Address students' concerns promptly and professionally.·        Maintain strict confidentiality in all examination matters and handle additional tasks as assigned.Candidate Profile:·        Higher Diploma from a recognized university OR NDHRM/PQHRM, CQHRM or any other relevant professional qualification.·        A qualification in education and prior experience in a similar role in the professional education sector would be an added advantage.·        Proficiency in IT with strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with LMS platforms.·        Excellent command of both English and Sinhala (spoken & written).·        Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.·        Strong ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in all exam-related processes.·        Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with students, examiners, and internal staff.
