The primary responsibility of an HR generalist is to ensure smooth HR operations by handling various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and more.Below are the main duties and responsibilities of an HR Generalist:1. Recruitment and OnboardingJob postings: Creating job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms.Interviewing candidates: Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.Onboarding: Coordinating new hires` orientation, introducing them to company culture, and ensuring all paperwork is completed.2. Employee RelationsConflict resolution: Addressing employee concerns, resolving disputes, and promoting a positive work environment.Employee engagement: Organizing team-building activities, employee surveys, and initiatives to boost morale and job satisfaction.3. Compensation and BenefitsPayroll support: Assisting with payroll management and ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.Benefits administration: Managing employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans), ensuring enrollment, and resolving issues related to benefits.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor of Law (LLB)PGD HRM from BIM will get preference.Skills Required: Recruitment & Selection, Factory HR Administration, Bangladesh Labor Law, People Management, Employee Relations, Microsoft Excel, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Labour Law, Compliance Welfare activities, EPZ Labor Law 2019Experience Requirements2 to 6 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Multinational Companies,Garments,Tannery/Footwear,Group of Companies,Garments AccessoriesFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions while maintaining strong attention to detail.Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel (data management, reporting, and analysis).Reporting Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare HR-related reports.Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English is essential.Adaptability: Flexible and able to respond effectively to changing organizational needs and priorities.Job LocationNilphamariSalaryTk. 22000 - 30000 (Monthly)
