SHIP International Hospital is looking for Officer- Customer CareJob Description / ResponsibilityProviding information Face to face and over the phone.Help to fill out the registration form, System entry, Providing card, Guide registration to others area, collection.Assist, patient receive & queue management, coordinating with nurse station & doctor’s room, explaining end to end process to patients.Make sure the Health Check-up patients/ clients’ proper explanations, guide, emailing and documentation.Make Schedule, Share the link with patient and follow-up end of the service and share the prescription with the patient.Corporate's Patient Email or What's app Massage Response, Report or status update, Schedule, appointment or booking and timely update.
