Affan Interlinings Limited. is looking for Officer- Front DeskJob Description / ResponsibilityGreet and receive all visitors and clients courteously and professionally.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure proper record keeping.Handle inquiries in person, by phone, or via email and provide accurate information.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and packages.Receive and dispatch product samples from and to abroad through courier services, ensuring proper documentation and timely delivery.Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.Coordinate with administration, HR, and other departments for day-to-day support.Maintain office supplies inventory and report shortages to the concerned person.Update stock levels regularly and report to the Directors.Assist the HR department with basic HR functions such as attendance records, leave tracking, and recruitment coordination.Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.Handle any other responsibilities assigned by management.Skills Required: communication and interpersonal skill., Honesty and Sincerity, Time Management and OrganizationExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments AccessoriesJob LocationChattogram (Chattogram Sadar)
