Job Description

REQ8523 Officer, Casino Systems & Player Designation (Open)Position SummaryThe main responsibility of the Officer, Casino Systems & Player Designation is to assist to administer the patron coding approval process and facilitate new team member training (patron coding systems) for Altira, COD, and Studio City. Producing data and reports, in a timely, accurately, and consistently with the company policies and guidelines.

Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for tracking of Resorts Marketing requests and enquiriesPrepare reports related to marketing requests accurately and timelyAssist with the Assistant Manager/Manager on the marketing approval process Work closely with Strategy & Analytics Team in relates to marketing guidelinesFacilitating new team member training on systems and marketing programAssist in performing User Acceptance Test (UAT) for systems enhancementPerform other duties as assignedAdhere to all departmental and company wise policies and procedures, including the implementation of initiatives and practices to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

QualificationsExperienceStrong copywriting and translating skills in English, Traditional and Simplified ChineseFamiliarity with gaming industry preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with administration or training experienceEducation Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Skills / CompetenciesStrong editing skills required and an excellent command of verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are essential.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressureCompetent computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPointFlexible in working hours, as this may require extra hours out of normal work hoursFriendly, energetic and enthusiasticStrong time management and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on qualityAble to work independently or with minimum supervisingAble to make decision within authority
