Your career at Deutsche Börse GroupRole Title Officer CFS Connectivity OfficerClearstream’s Fund Services (CFS) division enables banks and other investment fund distributors to move towards standardization, automation, and straight-through processing of investment fund transactions.The Vestima Service Design and Implementation unit with its Connectivity Services is supporting clients making best use of CFS Connectivity Products This is done in close collaboration with several internal stakeholders amongst them with Relationship Management, Product- and IT Teams.Tasks/responsibilitiesAdvise clients on the day-to-day usage of CFS connectivity media and portalProvide support on their connectivity setupAssist clients in finding a solution to technical issues Train clients on the CFS connectivity productsBuild trust and loyalty of customers by taking a client-centric approachWork with Relationship Management and IT department to improve and promote Connectivity productsCoordinate and follow up with internal stakeholdersEnsure up-to date client status for stakeholders in a timely manner Ensure a consistent and good client experience throughout the processQualifications/required SkillsClient focus is essentialVery good organization of work and multi-tasking ability while setting right prioritiesAbility to maintain up to date knowledge and assume responsibility, capacity to work independently, as well under pressure, and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAccuracy, curiosity, highly organized and flexible with problem solving skills Interest in financial markets and open-minded approach towards IT infrastructureGood knowledge of MS-Office applications, analytical skills, and attention to detail Fluency in English (spoken and written)French and/or German is an asset Summary Of Key Competencies Required For The PositionWork as a part of a diverse and friendly team High level of organization and focus on accuracyGood problem-solving skills and initiative Ability to work independently Flexibility and “Can Do” attitudeNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
