With a portfolio exceeding AED 15 billion across Dubai’s most prestigious developments, Binghatti continues to transform the city’s skyline and set new standards for innovation and excellence in real estate.Key responsibilitiesConflict resolution: Act as a liaison between management and employees to address and resolve workplace issues, grievances, and demands.Legal compliance: Ensure all employee relations practices adhere to local and national employment laws.Disciplinary processes: Oversee and manage disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in a fair and consistent manner.Policy development and implementation: Help create and implement company policies related to employee conduct and workplace standards.Advising management: Serve as an internal consultant to help managers make legally sound and employee-friendly decisions.Employee engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.Documentation: Maintain employee files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.Required skills and qualificationsEducation: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, though extensive experience can sometimes substitute.Knowledge: Must have a strong understanding of employment law and labor regulations.Interpersonal skills: Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Problem-solving: Needs strong problem-solving abilities to handle complex and sensitive situations.Organizational skills: Requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage documentation and processes effectively.Why Work for UsAt Binghatti, we don’t just build properties – we build legacies.
