ISHO Limited is looking for Officer, Franchise Partner OnboardingKey PointsTo drive ISHO`s franchise expansion by onboarding new franchise partners, ensuring a smooth transition into ISHO`s ecosystem.Job Description / ResponsibilityIdentify, approach and onboard new franchise partners in line with ISHO’s growth strategy.Guide new partners through the entire onboarding process – documentation, training and setup.Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless franchise integration.Provide initial business support and act as the primary contact during the onboarding phase.Ensure compliance with ISHO’s brand standards, policies, and operational guidelines.Educational RequirementsSkills Required: Partnership Management, Business Partnering, New Dealer onboardExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Furniture ManufacturerFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in franchise/dealership onboarding & operations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage franchise/dealership relationships effectively.Knowledge of specific areas/markets and connected to potential businesses.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Job LocationChattogram, SylhetSalaryTk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
